Joe has in excess of 20 years experience in the teleservices industry. Joe's focus is on managing our call centers to provide results that exceed our clients' expectations. All of our facility mangers report to Joe. Joe was one of the founding partners of Pinnacle in 1994. Prior to 1994, Joe supervised 20 call centers and was responsible for four corporate account executives and 18 facility managers.

Mr. Hibbeler was Operations Director for a Top 50 outbound Teleservices Firm. He has also held the position of COO of a Voice Broadcasting Service Bureau placing over 50 million calls for Fortune 500 companies. After 18 years in outbound teleservices, Mr. Hibbeler decided to create the service that would set the standard. With extensive experience in providing telecommunications services, PCSI is able to provide clients exactly what they want, when they want it. It’s our belief that clients are more interested in obtaining results rather than trying to manage something that is not their core business.
