Joe Grof
President and CEO
Joe
has in excess of 20 years experience in the teleservices
industry. Joe's focus is on managing our call centers to
provide results that exceed our clients' expectations.
All of our facility mangers report to Joe. Joe was one
of the founding partners of Pinnacle in 1994. Prior to
1994, Joe supervised 20 call centers and was responsible
for four corporate account executives and 18 facility
managers.
