What do you need us to handle?  We will bring the necessary combination of the technology and Agents skills to answer your needs.  Do you need us to take the call at 3am?  Send an email and transfer to your technical support crew?  Not a problem.   Remember t his is our core competency – providing communication over the telephone – we can do it!

The two key components to handling this task are people and technology.  The technology can be purchased; however, the specific skills necessary to successfully manage a teleservices campaign are not as readily available.  Managing the Human resources coupled with the technology is a challenge that we live for – every day!

With technology there are often many ways to achieve the same outcome – what we offer is a keen understanding of all the options so we can provide the best possible solution.  We have 2 different telecom platforms in-house as there is no one single system capable of being all things for every possibility – at least not one we have found, yet.
